Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active list of associates and vendors.
  • Maintain chart of accounts in ERP system including activating and deactivating departments as needed.
  • Add, update and deactivate vendors and associates in accounting, T&E and AP systems.
  • Cook up onboarding tasks for new vendors and associates in accounting systems.
  • Aid in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, memos and correspondence.
  • Cook up and assist with requests for internal and external accounting audits.
  • Aid in processing cell phone orders and maintaining an up-to-date list of active users.
  • Provide support for related inquiries and generate reports as needed.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for accounting records and documentation.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Provide general support to department associates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A High Scholl Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to three years’ experience in an administrative or team support role.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be highly productive, able to balance competing priorities and meet all established productivity measures.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • High proficiency researching the Internet.
  • Able to work with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities.
