We are working with a rapidly growing dredging client out of TX to fill an immediate need for a Site Administrator, supporting vital dredging operations in Cameron, LA! You'll be the organizational powerhouse, handling everything from setting up project sites to managing payroll and safety documentation.

As our Site Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our temporary project sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one. You'll play a vital role in setting up essential facilities like dock spaces, heavy lift yards, and medical centers, directly impacting project efficiency and team well-being. This Administrator position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your administrative and organizational skills while contributing to critical dredging operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup of temporary project sites, including offices and utilities.
• Manage the procurement of crucial safety supplies and services, like spill kits, keeping our teams safe.
• Maintain meticulous records of requisitions, purchase orders, and repair orders.
• Administer essential project safety documentation, ensuring compliance and a secure work environment.
• Prepare weekly payroll, handling timesheets and reports with accuracy.
• Assist various managers with administrative and clerical duties, becoming an indispensable part of the team.
• Participate in safety and environmental initiatives, helping us improve company programs and meet regulations.
