Location: 16 W. High Street, Suite 200, Carlisle, PA 17013
Schedule
8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (75 hours bi-weekly)
Permanent, full-time position
About the role
To perform specialized administrative and supportive functions in a timely manner to assure efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities
- Types letters, reports, memos and other documents required by the department staff.
- Operates and maintains computer, printer, copier, scanner, and other office equipment.
- Updates computer databases as needed.
- Troubleshoots minor computer problems and solves them when required.
- Utilizes case management system and inputs data as needed.
- Creates various department forms and reports.
- Does case filing, copying, and collating for staff.
- Greets and assists the public that come into the agency.
- Answers telephone and takes messages, or transfers calls to the proper individuals.
- Sorts and distributes departmental mail.
- Maintains accessibility and updated passwords to all required programs.
- Sends various requests, reminders, letters, and other correspondence to families as required.
- Attends meetings and trainings as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft software, and Microsoft Excel
- Good typing skills
Pay
$19.06/hour; $37,167/annual

Paid Time Off
