Job Location: This position will be located at 2351 Kanell Blvd Poplar Bluff, MO and may require occasional travel to the SEMORS Sikeston campus. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We are professional, agile and innovative. What You'll Do Answer phones and direct calls/messages to appropriate staffGreet visitors and ensure they are escorted through the facility, if applicableEnsure coverage of the reception areaMaintain visitor logsSort incoming and outgoing mailAfternoon mail drop off for any mail dropped off after USPS pickupPrint postage and track balance on spreadsheet dailyServe as backup for various meeting minutes Scanning progress notes and employee logsMaintain conference room bookingsUpdate employee mailboxes as neededSecure doors at close of business dayOther duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed).Valid driver's licenseAbility to operate in a discreet environment and maintain a certain level of confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications: Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from different backgrounds, educational levels, and experiences.
