Administrative Secretary, Pharmacy - Day Shift

Location: Holy Cross Health – Silver Spring, MD
About the Role
Responsible for administration, training, and clerical support. Acts as liaison and resource person for the department, with other departments, and those from outside Holy Cross. Ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently and monitors adherence to departmental policies and procedures. Handles complex and/or sensitive administrative duties for the department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience encompassing administrative functions
- Ability to create and develop department forms, newsletters, patient information literature, and other correspondence
Pay
$21.22–$31.82 USD hourly. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary based on location.
