Administrators at Verify Screening Solutions play a critical role in delivering our signature high-touch, accurate, and timely screening experience for property managers, HOAs, board members, employers, and applicants nationwide. They are the operational backbone of the company — ensuring every application, document, and inquiry is handled with precision, professionalism, and care. Application Intake & Processing Administrators Manage Every Step Of The Applicant Workflow, Including Reviewing new applications submitted online or via our ApplyFastNow portal.Verifying completeness of applications and identifying missing items.Communicating with applicants to request required documents (IDs, proof of income, leases, etc.).Ensuring all documents align with FCRA, HOA, and internal requirements.Preparing applications for screening and internal review. Background Screening Coordination Admins Support The Full Report Lifecycle By Running criminal, credit, eviction, and verification reports with accuracy.Identifying county-level fees or special jurisdiction requirements.Monitoring same-day turnaround expectations and escalating delays.Ensuring all reports meet compliance and formatting standards before delivery. Customer Support & Communication Administrators serve as the first point of contact and are responsible for: Managing support emails and calls on a rotating schedule.Providing real-time updates to clients, applicants, and board members.Offering clear guidance on application steps, required documents, and screening timelines.Maintaining a professional, calm, and solution-oriented communication style at all times. Client Relationship Support Even though they’re not sales-facing, admins protect client satisfaction by: Assisting property managers and board members with application status updates.Helping resolve discrepancies, income verification questions, or unclear documentation.Coordinating with the account manager and business development team when escalations arise.Ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the process.
