About the Role

This Valle Administrator/Public Relations Specialist position is essential for the Executive Chef, Roberto Alcocer. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, managing the Talk platform, updating the Valle website, coordinating special events, and maintaining communication with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Talk platform and Valle website
• Collaborate with the Hyatt Marketing team to keep the website updated
• Oversee Valle social media
• Coordinate special events and communicate with external sources
• Monitor the Valle email inbox and respond promptly
• Work closely with the Hyatt Reservations team to audit reservations, payments, and resolve payment issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative roles in fine dining restaurants
• A strong desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Preferrred English and Spanish language proficiency
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weights
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, push and pull, and simple grasping
• Standing for long periods of time
• Working under pressure
• Basic math and computer skills
• Punctuality and reliability
