About the role
The State of Ohio Dental Board is seeking an individual to perform administrative and coordination duties in support of the Board’s operations and public mission.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Executive Assistant to the Director, including scheduling board and external meetings, managing confidential matters, and providing administrative support to the Commission and staff.
- Oversee and coordinate the Educational Programs with the Board’s Education Committee.
- Coordinate information for the Board’s website, listserv, social media platforms, and newsletter, including updating content and running analytics.
- Conduct audits of Continuing Education Credits for licensees of the Board.
Requirements
- 30 months of experience or 30 months of training in a secretarial/administrative professional field.
- Completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from an accredited career school or community college and 12 months of experience in a secretarial/administrative professional field.
- 12 months of experience as an Administrative Professional 2, #16872.
- Equivalent combination of the minimum class qualifications noted above.

Benefits
- Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Pay
$27.73 per hour.
Work Location
