About the role

DESRI is seeking an Administrative & Office Assistant to support the Denver office. This role plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and serves as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Denver office, creating a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors.
  • Cooking and catering coordination, meeting logistics, and office maintenance.
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure the office remains organized and well stocked.
  • Support employee engagement activities, office events, celebrations, and hospitality initiatives.
  • Partner with Human Capital to support new hire onboarding, workspace preparation, and office readiness.
  • Provide administrative support to members of the leadership team, including backup coverage for Executive Assistants and Principals as needed.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials and presentations.
  • Process expense reports and assist with invoice reconciliation.
  • Cooking and catering coordination, meeting logistics, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate document execution, electronic signatures, notarizations, and overnight shipments.
  • Obtain Colorado Notary Public certification within the first month of employment (company-sponsored) to support document execution and notarization needs.
  • Aid with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Support cross-functional operational projects across the Denver office.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, workplace experience, hospitality, concierge, or facilities support role.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment while handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with productivity platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Concur, DocuSign, or similar software is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and follows through.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and eager to support a variety of business needs.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the office and remain on your feet for extended periods as needed.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of standard business hours to support meetings or events.

Pay

The expected annual base salary for this position is $55,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
