Office & Administrative Assistant
About the role
The Office & Administrative Assistant supports the executive level team, coordinates projects, prepares reports, manages security, and assists with onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supports the executive level team with calendar management, leadership organization, material production, and information dissemination.
- Covers for executives during meetings and provides support in meeting departmental needs, goals, and objectives.
- Generates scheduled reports from Jira and Power BI as requested.
- Manages security system door and building access.
- Assists with onboarding/offboarding tasks for employees.
- Staffs the front desk of C4HCO office during normal business hours and assists customers.
- Maintains a neat, clean, and professional workspace and observes the established C4HCO dress code.
- Performs in-office operations, including greeting visitors and customers, maintaining supplies, routing voice messages, and maintenance documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Colorado resident.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in office administration, customer service/issue resolution.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong computer and research skills, proficiency working with Microsoft products.
- Experience with Microsoft CoPilot, Anthropic Claude preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with technical systems and applications such as Jira and Power BI preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Confidentiality, information security, and ethical behavior.
- Friendly and collaborative.
- Meeting planning, calendar, coordination, and event experience.
- Highly organized, flexible, responsive, and ability to multitask and troubleshoot.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal & written.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, external clients, and vendors.
Qualifications
This role requires full-time, on-site presence during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm). The Connect for Health Colorado office is located in the North Tech Center area of Denver, near the intersection of I-25 and I-225. Work schedule may include some non-traditional hours, weekends, and evening events. Core office hours are typically 8 am-5 pm with some flexibility.

Pay
Total Compensation: $46,350 - $59,225 per year.
