Join a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and DoD. The ideal candidate is highly organized and experienced in coordinating and optimizing administrative services, ensuring efficient operations that advance Army modernization and support to the warfighter.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative services including payroll, conference planning, travel, records management, and supply distribution.
- Oversee secretarial, reception, information processing, mail, materials scheduling, printing, telecommunications, security, parking, and property management functions.
- Implement procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer service across the organization.
- Acquire, distribute, and store supplies; oversee disposal of surplus or unclaimed property as needed.
- Ensure the physical workplace is aligned with organizational needs and supports operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of formal Military/DOD intelligence training (14 years with military/DOD training in intelligence areas will be considered in lieu of degree).
- Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience.
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Prior experience with administrative tasks including payroll, travel arrangements, records management, and supply distribution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in one or more intelligence domains (e.g., counterterrorism, cybersecurity, border security).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Fluency in or active usage of relevant languages is a plus.
