Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and team members with a warm and helpful attitude, answering inquiries and directing them seamlessly to the right resources.
- Meticulously coordinate appointments and plan meetings with expert precision.
- Prepare professional and accurate correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports that inform and align everyone involved.
- Maintain impeccable filing systems, both physical and digital, and suggest efficiency improvements to streamline office procedures.
- Juggle multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and project a calm and collected presence.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or administrative training strongly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, demonstrating your ability to support others effectively.
- Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new software.
- The right mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a true team player with a positive outlook.
