Job Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the service office and the shop.
- Assigns repair orders to technicians, estimates repairs using Procede and Uptime Pro, and reviews narratives and vehicle information prior to estimating or invoicing.
- Schedules technician assignments per job/customer request to prioritize repairs and meet necessary metrics.
Requirements
- Computer literacy.
- Able to implement and reinforce company processes.
- Works alongside the existing technical foreman.
Qualifications
- Profitability: Involves technicians, customer service representatives, and management in repair decisions as needed.
- Productivity & Efficiency: Displays farsightedness, considers technician availability, and minimizes excessive moving of technicians.
- Administrative Processing: Develops competitive customer cost estimates, issues and receives purchase orders, and oversees Work-in-Process (WIP).
- Work with Warranty Guidelines: Understands warranty guidelines and completes all transactions accurately.
