Responsibilities
- Review, sort, and archive physical and electronic files
- Organize records according to established filing systems
- Scan, label, and enter information accurately
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company records
- Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrectly filed documents
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable and able to maintain focus while completing repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative, clerical, filing, or records-management experience preferred
Schedule and Location
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Onsite in Richmond, California
- Temporary assignment anticipated length 4+ months
Compensation
- $28 - $32/hour
