Responsibilities

  • Review, sort, and archive physical and electronic files
  • Organize records according to established filing systems
  • Scan, label, and enter information accurately
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company records
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrectly filed documents

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Dependable and able to maintain focus while completing repetitive tasks
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Previous administrative, clerical, filing, or records-management experience preferred

Schedule and Location

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Onsite in Richmond, California
  • Temporary assignment anticipated length 4+ months

Compensation

  • $28 - $32/hour
