Responsibilities

  • Create and manage department budget in collaboration with department chair and Dean’s Office.
  • Serve as the Shared Business Services Center liaison for financial, payroll, and travel activities.
  • Act as the departmental liaison with the College Dean’s Office, Shared Business Services Center, and other campus departments.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
  • 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree may be considered.
  • University or higher education experience preferred.
  • Financial, payroll, or administrative support experience preferred.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
