About the role
The Administrative/Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. This role acts as an information and communication manager for the Pacific West District’s Distribution Director and the Boise office.
Primary responsibility is supporting the Distribution Director (travel and meeting arrangements, reporting, scheduling, and meeting support). Secondary responsibility is maintaining the Boise district office.
- Monthly dealer reporting and executive reporting (annually and as requested)
- Monthly budget report and expense book report—keeping the budget balanced and providing recommendations on budget items
- Arranging regular meetings, travel, and events
The role requires daily interaction with 10–20 employees in the Boise office and occasional virtual interaction with district employees across the region. The Distribution Director travels frequently, so the assistant must work very independently and proactively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping
- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine significance and plan distribution
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 10+ years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant working with senior leaders and executives
- Experience working with executives required

Pay
$23–$26/hour
