Administrative Coordinator – Purchasing
The Administrative Coordinator - Purchasing at Cytiva is responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials for manufacturing operations, managing inventory levels, and optimizing material flow and availability using DBS tools and Oracle plans.
Responsibilities
- Plan and buy material and expense items for manufacturing and the larger team
- Utilize DBS tools and Oracle plans to optimize material flow/availability/inventory management, including collaborating with the cross-functional team to assist with internal projects as needed
- End-to-end PO management including generation through to fulfillment, including supplier relationship management to ensure timely delivery of materials
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 1-2 years of related work experience including data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data with the ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; demonstrated computer proficiency
- Strong ability to follow and adhere to procedural guidelines; aptitude for interpreting customer inquiries/problems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in SAP & Oracle (or similar ERP), Salesforce and MS Office is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
This position reports to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Supply Chain team located in Hauppauge, New York. The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $30.45. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
