What You’ll Be Doing

• Executing the MRP process to maintain supply continuity
• Preparing and administering purchase orders
• Processing requisitions and placing timely purchase orders for MRO materials
• Communicating purchase order revisions to requisitioners and approvers
• Following up on confirmations and expediting requests to meet internal customer needs
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring accuracy in requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation
• Identifying and pursuing cost-saving opportunities in materials, freight, and services
• Supporting the Procurement Manager and Supply Chain Buyer/Planners as needed
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standards and implementing changes where appropriate
• Performing other duties as assigned
