About the role
The Home Office Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for the Home Office and Charlotte branch, coordinates companywide employee service recognition programs, and assists with Home Office events and activities. The position also provides administrative support to designated members of the Senior Management Team and serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the Home Office and Charlotte branch, managing visitors, calls, inquiries, and security procedures.
- Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Management, including scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Coordinate executive meetings, company events, catering, travel, vendors, and facility logistics.
- Lead employee recognition activities, including service awards, anniversary communications, and milestone celebrations.
- Support Home Office meetings, training, presentations, and video conferencing.
- Oversee Home Office facilities, maintenance, vendors, and office supplies.
- Manage Home Office and Charlotte branch mail, postage, and customer invoice distribution.
- Provide general administrative and office coordination support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of administrative or office support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Outstanding customer service.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
