HB Staffing is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Cookordinate administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Use office equipment and computer systems for daily tasks.
- Aid with scheduling and organizing office activities.
- Track and manage office supplies and expenses.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
