You'll have a front-row seat to high-profile meetings and work alongside senior executives on initiatives that shape the future of the business.

  • Own complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and strategic prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
  • Cook up domestic and international travel, expense reporting, and executive logistics.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure critical initiatives stay on track.
  • Prepare leaders for internal and external meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and interact confidently with investors, board members, and other high-profile external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate business needs, identify operational improvements, and execute with a high degree of ownership and discretion.

Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting executives in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or another fast-paced financial environment.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and external executives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in an environment experiencing rapid scale.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
