We are seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support two of Rivian's most senior legal leaders — our Chief Corporate Counsel and our Chief Ethics, Compliance and Privacy Officer — and to bring order, rhythm, and momentum to the teams they lead. Your time will be split between the two, and your judgment about how to allocate it is central to the job. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, legal operations, and the systems that move Legal's work forward — Google Workspace, Onit, Ironclad, and Box. You will be the connective tissue between these two executives and their partners across Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Real Estate & Construction, Privacy, Finance, and outside counsel, and you will help shape how Legal's platforms, reporting, and workflows fit together to support a function that is scaling quickly.
