About the role
The Administrative Assistant supports the organization's mission by providing administrative and secretarial support to a department or group of professionals. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3-8 years of secretarial and administrative experience, and the ability to exercise normal independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.
Responsibilities
- Aids in the organization and maintenance of office supplies/files
- Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, and equipment
- Answers telephone calls, takes messages, responds to questions, and directs callers to appropriate parties
- Sorts and distributes mail, faxes, makes copies, files
- Drafts and edits routine memos and other correspondence for all members of the branch
- Assists with the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Maintains database information
- Supports the lead administrator with onboarding and offboarding, updating organization charts and lists, device ordering and access cards
- Coordinates branch events (Culture Club)
- Supports fleet management, customer setup, and safety administration coordination
- Coordinates vehicle assignments and fleet paperwork transfers
- Supports work center maintenance
Requirements
Requires the ability to exercise normal independent judgment and basic reasoning skills. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with report generation, presentations, and general correspondence. Legal authorization to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Qualifications
- High School degree or state-recognized GED
- 3-8 years of secretarial and administrative experience
Skills
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Benefits
Commensurate with experience.
Pay
$45,410 - $77,846 annually.
