About the role

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems, is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to begin a career in the field of Recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Onsite Interview Support: Support Recruiting Coordinators with greeting candidates arriving for interviews, guiding them through the office, and supporting the interview panel as needed.
  • Visitor Requests: Coordinate with the front desk and facilities security team by submitting visitor request forms in a timely manner.
  • Candidate Lunches: Assist with ordering, setting up, and managing logistics for candidate lunches during extended or full-day interview panels.
  • ATS Updates: Assist with maintaining and updating candidate profiles, statuses, and notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Documentation Templates: Migrate older documents, notes, or job descriptions into updated, proper branded templates.
  • Document Creation: Assist with documenting and formatting standard operational procedures, guidelines, and workflows for the Recruiting team.
  • Job Postings: Post open positions to the Silvus Technologies Careers page and to external job boards (like LinkedIn or Indeed), ensuring all listings are active and properly formatted.
  • Expense Reimbursements: Assist candidates with submitting their travel or lunch expense receipts to the Finance team for reimbursement.
  • Partnership with Human Resources: Work closely with the Human Resources team to secure necessary approvals and proactively follow up on any open-ended items to ensure forward movement on requisitions.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to support the Talent Acquisition team at local recruiting events.
  • Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in a professional office setting which includes internships or administrative experiences.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously without letting things slip through the cracks.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
  • All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential candidate information with care.

$25 / hourly

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
