Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
  • Cook up virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Axist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate vendor communications when required.
  • Support various departments with special projects and general administrative duties.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or clerical experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • A professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
