Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
- Cook up virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Axist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate vendor communications when required.
- Support various departments with special projects and general administrative duties.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or clerical experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- A professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
