Duties And Responsibilities
- Verify contents of discharged clinical records (both paper and electronic format) to meet regulations
- Maintain clinical record information within database
- Acess client information in EHR
- Pull, prepare, and send release of information by communicating with internal/external individuals requesting client information
- Communicate record deficiencies to unit supervisor and assist in record completion
- Keep all forms/checklists/paperwork in the office up to date
Requirements
- High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses
- Office experience
