Duties And Responsibilities

  • Verify contents of discharged clinical records (both paper and electronic format) to meet regulations
  • Maintain clinical record information within database
  • Acess client information in EHR
  • Pull, prepare, and send release of information by communicating with internal/external individuals requesting client information
  • Communicate record deficiencies to unit supervisor and assist in record completion
  • Keep all forms/checklists/paperwork in the office up to date

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses
  • Office experience
