Administrative Assistant (PCT)
About the role
As an Administrative Assistant at DaVita, you'll be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. This role involves providing administrative support to a team while making a difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
Requirements
- A personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office).
- Type 60 WPM.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Obtained CMS-approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification and operates as a PCT at times.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish), highly preferred.
- Flexibility is a must, willing to be flexed between two local facilities.
