Serves as the primary contact

  • Screens, routes, transfers, and escalates inquiries
  • Maintains organized, current, and accessible filing systems
  • Retrieves and prepares summaries, data, and reports
  • Monitors and resolves administrative inquiries
  • Schedules, coordinates, tracks, and documents required training
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates equipment maintenance
  • Tracks expenses and prepares invoices and check requests
  • Supports special events planning and coordination

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary contact for clients, visitors, and volunteers
  • Ensures professional, trauma-informed, confidential, and welcoming support
  • Manages incoming calls and ensures timely, accurate, and efficient client support
  • Coordinates travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors
  • Schedules, coordinates, tracks, and documents required training
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates equipment maintenance
  • Trains staff on budget and reporting requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibits exceptional relational and customer service skills
  • Displays excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Possesses a foundational understanding of clerical procedures and systems
  • Demonstrates accountability by working independently
  • Acts with discretion, tact, and professionalism

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Remaining in a stationary position, which may involve standing or sitting for extended periods
  • Adjusting or moving objects up to 20# in all directions
  • Engaging in communication with others to exchange information

Schedule

Monday - Thursday and some Fridays 9:00am - 2:00pm

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 an hour
