Responsibilities
- Maintains the official files and records for the office.
- Performs administrative support duties, maintaining a variety of reports, such as time (i.e. sick leave, vacation time), attendance, personnel action, payroll, correspondence and budget records.
- Covers administrative duties, including scheduling, developing agendas, program materials, and travel arrangements for meetings.
- Receives and delivers telephone messages and provides information or referrals as needed.
Qualifications
- Equivalent training and experience required.
- Ability to work under pressure and facilitate multiple detailed tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- English grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
