Responsibilities

  • Maintains the official files and records for the office.
  • Performs administrative support duties, maintaining a variety of reports, such as time (i.e. sick leave, vacation time), attendance, personnel action, payroll, correspondence and budget records.
  • Covers administrative duties, including scheduling, developing agendas, program materials, and travel arrangements for meetings.
  • Receives and delivers telephone messages and provides information or referrals as needed.

Qualifications

  • Equivalent training and experience required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and facilitate multiple detailed tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
