Administrative Assistant II - Head Start
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have JOB SUMMARY -> could be About the role. REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -> Requirements (maybe also Qualifications). ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES -> Responsibilities. Additional Information -> Benefits. Schedule -> Schedule. Pay: we have no specific wage, only mention entry-level rate and may be adjusted. Since no specific number, we should NOT create Pay section (rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them). For Pay, we have no specific wage, so omit Pay section. For Benefits we have specifics, so include Benefits. For Schedule we have specific schedule, include Schedule.
We also might include Qualifications? The requirements include education and experience; could be Requirements. Qualifications maybe similar; but we should avoid thin sections. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one Requirements section. But rules: we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to include. The posting has REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS heading; we can map that to Requirements (or Qualifications). Since they said "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can choose appropriate ones. We'll include About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (requirements/min qualifications), Benefits, Schedule. Possibly Skills? Not explicitly listed; we could omit.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have compensation may be adjusted based on experience, education, qualifications - that's somewhat vague but we are not making Pay section. It's okay to mention in About the role? Probably not needed; we can omit compensation detail as it's not specific wage. The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit compensation detail, we lose substantive info. However we cannot create Pay section because no specific wage. But we could include compensation note within About the role or Requirements as a paragraph. The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It doesn't forbid mentioning compensation details elsewhere. So we can include a paragraph about compensation in About the role or maybe a separate note. But we should not create a Pay heading. So we can include a
about compensation inside About the role or maybe a separate
not under a heading. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add a paragraph about compensation in About the role. Similarly schedule we have specific schedule, we will create Schedule section. Now we need to strip boilerplate: lines like "This position is open through Friday, September 25, 2026" - that's a date; could be considered metadata; we could fold into a short
or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include that as a short
maybe before sections? But they said output ONLY the HTML fragment; we can include a
with that info. However they also said remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The date line is not boilerplate; it's substantive? It's the closing date. Might be considered metadata; we could include as a short
at top. But they said "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a
with that line. Also "The Redding Rancheria is seeking an Administrative Assistant II- Head Start." That's job title; we should not repeat job title as heading, but we can include it in a
maybe as part of intro. However they said "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can include it in a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information: job summary, requirements, duties, benefits, schedule, compensation note, Indian preference, E-Verify, contact info? They said remove application instructions, but contact info maybe considered application instructions? They said "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove application instructions like "A completed Redding Rancheria job application must be submitted..." and contact info, fax, email, etc. Also remove E-Verify statement? That's legal/boilerplate; likely remove. Also remove "Indian preference applies..." maybe considered EEO? Might be considered equal-opportunity; remove. Also remove "All certifications, credentials/ licenses, education verification /degrees and/or transcripts, and Indian verification are required to process your application." That's application instruction; remove. Also remove "Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background screening clearance." That's also application instruction/legal; remove. Also "All employees are required to submit to a Tuberculosis test (TB) test after they are hired in addition to being tested annually." That's also requirement? Might be considered condition of employment; maybe keep? It's not a duty or requirement for the role? It's a condition after hire; could be considered part of requirements? Might be considered boilerplate; but it's specific to the job? It's a standard condition; but we might keep as part of Requirements? However it's not a duty; it's a condition. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly that. It's a condition of employment; maybe keep as part of Requirements? But it's more like a pre-employment condition; could be considered part of Requirements. However to be safe, we might keep it as a requirement bullet? But it's not a skill or qualification. Might be considered part of "Requirements". However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it if it's substantive. But it's a condition of employment, not a qualification. Could be placed under Requirements as a bullet. Similarly "Certification of Native American heritage needs to be attached to the job application." That's application instruction; remove. We also have "Additional Information: In addition, Redding Rancheria offers an excellent benefit package containing Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short/Long Term disability, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave as well as a generous 401(k) retirement plan." That's benefits; we keep. Also "Redding Rancheria is a federally recognized Tribe with Pit River, Wintu and Yana people where pride in Tribal culture, history and identity is evident internally and in the larger community. Redding Rancheria is a leader in the constructive development of its people, the larger Indian community and the Redding region." That's descriptive; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's about the organization; maybe keep as part of About the role? It's substantive about employer; but not directly about role. Might be considered extra; but we can include in About the role as a paragraph. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's structure:
