Administrative Assistant II
Starting pay: $56,025. This is a grant-funded, full-time position (40 hours per week, first shift) with Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division, supporting the Office of Cancer Education & Training.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll provide high-level support to department leaders and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Support department leaders with a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and special projects
- Help organize information, reports, and materials needed to support department activities
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors
- Assist with planning and coordinating departmental initiatives and events
- Help maintain efficient workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Provide administrative support for professional staff and leadership teams
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Requirements
- Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Graduate Medical Education
- Working with trainees and students
- Coordinating large events (for example: Orientation and Graduation)
- Onboarding students/trainees
- Scheduling meetings in Outlook, including virtual teams/Zoom options
- Preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Submitting invoices and requisitions
