About the role
The Administrative Assistant II provides mid-level administrative support with increased responsibility and autonomy. This role supports departmental operations, coordinates meetings and communications, and handles more complex tasks requiring judgment and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
- Maintain databases and track departmental metrics.
- Aid with onboarding and training coordination for new employees.
- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and reconcile department budgets or expenses.
- Provide support for internal audits or compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or HVAC terminology and workflows.
