Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Director of TRiO Student Support Services.
  • Email correspondence, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Provide front desk coverage, including greeting guests, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining an organized office environment.
  • Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operation procedures.
  • Aid in program projects and presentations.
  • Lead and manage daily operations for the maintenance of the program’s confidential database.
  • Supervise student employees and delegate assigned tasks.
  • Cook up the new student intake process from pre-application status to enrollment into the program.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
