Responsibilities
- Cook up administrative tasks related to case assignment for case management support of Early Start eligible referrals.
- Prepare documents to accompany reports and prepare correspondence and documents as needed.
- Prepare Early Start Reporting data and complete the associated data fields required for accurate data collection.
- Prepare reports associated with ESR data to be reviewed by Early Start leadership on a quarterly basis.
- Cross train duties with ESA administrative coordinator for coverage of early start case assignment tasks.
- Follow operational processes that are specific to administrative oversight of Early Start service coordination services of the Early Start program.
- Respond to telephone and e-mail requests and redirect as appropriate.
- Maintain supplies and forms for department and equipment that facilitates support of the program manager and service coordinators.
- Aid in the preparation of audits with support of Program Manager.
- Prepare IDCT Consultation packets, schedule IDCT Bimonthly Consultation meetings with Clinical Specialists.
- Communicate with vendors regarding vendor treatment plans and assist with uploading plans in record management system.
- Communicate with individuals served or referring sources for updates regarding referral.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including certified mail, form letters, transfer summaries, and other information for those served.
- Prepare POS Agendas.
- Coordinate corrections to POS requests if needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- B.A. Preferred
- 3+ years experience in office setting involving production typing, machine transcription, processing of documents, and a variety of general clerical duties
