Essential Job Functions
- Affords assistance in creating interior material color boards and exterior illustrations.
- Assembles Project Material Specification sheets with appropriate cuttings.
- Copies photos for design presentations and customer specification meetings.
- Maintains materials library and art supplies by keeping samples updated, organized, and current.
- Assists designers with checking stock and placing orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Provides administrative support such as preparing written communication, performing data entry, filing, answering phones, etc.
- Serves on special projects as requested by the Design team.

- Physical: Repetitive motion; tolerates sitting; proficient typing and data entry skills

Education And Experience
- High school graduation or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) required
- Completion of related college level design classes preferred
- Previous interior design and/or office administrative experience preferred

About the Role
The Design Administrative Assistant supports the designers and completion sales team in planning and assembling professional and creative design packages for customers. In addition, this position maintains the materials library and art supplies.
