About the Role

TAK Broadband is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sacramento, CA. In this role you will support the Permit Coordinator, Construction team, and Operations team with administrative tasks, data entry, onboarding, permit support activities, and project coordination. This is an in-office support role working daily from our Sacramento office located at 1326 N Market Blvd, Sacramento CA 95834.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Permit Team, Construction team, and Operations team
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with field project teams
  • Manage, update, and maintain records, documentation, and various trackers
  • Assist with data entry, weekly and monthly reporting, and preparation of summaries and dashboards
  • Point of contact regarding application requests
  • Scheduling for permitting
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees
  • Accepting new tasks
  • Flexible to additional tasks assigned as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar experience
  • 2+ years of permitting experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formula creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new software efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to changes
  • Ability to champion a positive environment with a can-do attitude
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)

Schedule

Full Time: M-F from 7:30am-4:00pm. Paid Bi-Weekly.

Pay

Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour, DOE.
