Responsibilities

  • Receive reports from field staff on a daily basis.
  • Filing of reports in designated job folders.
  • Review inspection report content for quality control/quality assurance.
  • Effectively communicate with the manager team members and others as necessary to expedite information distribution across necessary parties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team.
  • Must be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word & Outlook
