Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, sorting, and document organization
- Aid in creating and maintaining contact lists, training materials, and policy guides
- Support administrative processes related to ratepayer complaint documentation
- Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Communicate with regulated utilities and supplier companies as needed
- Provide administrative support for various division tasks and projects
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment (onsite role)
