Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, sorting, and document organization
  • Aid in creating and maintaining contact lists, training materials, and policy guides
  • Support administrative processes related to ratepayer complaint documentation
  • Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Communicate with regulated utilities and supplier companies as needed
  • Provide administrative support for various division tasks and projects
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment (onsite role)
