Qualifications

- Administrative Assistant Trainee 1 (AA Tr 1): Six months of experience in administrative support, including the use of office software, provision of customer service, business writing, and/or office administration.
- Administrative Assistant 1 (AA 1): Two years of experience in administrative support, including the use of office software, provision of customer service, business writing, and/or office administration. Certifications or associates degrees in office administration, secretarial science, administrative assistance, paralegal, business technology, or office technology substitute for two years of experience.
