Administrative Assistant
About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Director of Care Management and the care management team. In this role, you will coordinate communications, manage schedules and documentation, support departmental initiatives, and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations that contribute to high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Coordinate communications for the Director of Care Management and care management team.
- Manage schedules and documentation.
- Support departmental initiatives.
- Help ensure efficient day-to-day operations contributing to high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- Two (2) years of experience in a secretarial support position or related field.
Qualifications
Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science or Office Administration.

$19.37 - $28.09 per hour, depending on experience.
