Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Maintain calendars, set appointments, respond to invitations, and keep managers updated on evolving situations.
- Arrange travel and assist with the setup of scheduled meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate office communications, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic files, databases, and business unit calendars.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and large documents when necessary.
- Coordinate audits of classified hard drives, handle classified materials, and prepare for meetings.
- Maintain contract, personnel, or financial files and reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard office tools.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD, Navy, or government program offices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with scheduling, correspondence management, and basic document control practices.
Pay
Vaughn Pay Transparency Range: $80k – $90k. Pay Range Information
