Responsibilities
- Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and SAP CRM systems.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment with internal departments.
- Generate and maintain reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups.
- Auxiliary support to the sales team by providing accurate, timely information to help achieve performance goals.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, marketing, and other departments to support sales operations.
- Aid in planning and coordinating sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- SAP experience required
- Communication skills
- Skills in Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint
Pay
$40.00 - $42.00 / hr
Schedule
Onsite in Sarasota FL with a flexible schedule with preference to 9am - 5pm
