Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars
  • Screens, refers, and handles internal and external phone and email inquiries
  • Proof-read documents, prioritize, and distribute confidential and sensitive mail
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence
  • Prepare expense documents for approval process
  • Process authorization forms, memos, and other miscellaneous duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize and prioritize work assignments, work independently with minimal supervision, and handle various tasks simultaneously in a timely and competent manner
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated knowledge of timekeeping process
  • Excellent administrative skills (including thorough follow-up procedures)
  • Demonstrated ability to write, proofread, and edit correspondence for executive managements signature
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
