Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars
- Screens, refers, and handles internal and external phone and email inquiries
- Proof-read documents, prioritize, and distribute confidential and sensitive mail
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence
- Prepare expense documents for approval process
- Process authorization forms, memos, and other miscellaneous duties as necessary
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to utilize and prioritize work assignments, work independently with minimal supervision, and handle various tasks simultaneously in a timely and competent manner
- Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Demonstrated knowledge of timekeeping process
- Excellent administrative skills (including thorough follow-up procedures)
- Demonstrated ability to write, proofread, and edit correspondence for executive managements signature
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
