Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support tasks including but is not limited to budget management, managing schedules and calendars, leave reporting, making travel arrangements, assisting in preparation of presentations, maintaining lists of key contacts, screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining currency of webpage content, and dealing with problems and inquiries as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of issues.
  • Support efforts to organize meetings, conferences, and other special events, including preparation of materials for meetings, correspondence announcing meetings, arranging meeting facilities, and preparing agendas.
  • Manage and maintain MVR reporting processes, WeGo registration and ticketing distribution and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support and communications for meetings including preparation of materials for meetings, correspondence announcing meetings, arranging meeting facilities, and preparing agendas.
  • Aid the Project Specialist as needed.
  • Provide assistance to and liaison with other offices in the resolution of day-to-day administrative support issues as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
