Description Of Duties / Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary reception and customer service contact for visitors, employees, and external partners.
  • Welcome guests, provide information and directions, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors to CPLL.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Cookordinator visitor appointments, room reservations, and meeting logistics as assigned.
  • Maintain professional and welcoming reception, classroom, and common areas.
  • Monitor facility needs, submit maintenance requests, track work order status, and support classroom readiness standards.
  • Maintain office and breakroom supply inventories and coordinate replenishment activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Office of the Chief Learning Officer (CLO).
  • Aid with purchasing, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and procurement-related activities.
  • Support departmental communications, special projects, events, and operational initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS

There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • One year of administrative experience is required. Professional administrative experience may be substituted for the above education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • No license requirements.

PREFERENCES

Preference will be given to applicants with excellent organizational skills, customer service focused, attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and willingness to learn new software tools. Able to communicate with all levels of management and assist with persons from diverse backgrounds.
