Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. About the Role
The Administrative Assistant works with the Hospital Administrator/CEO, Administrative team members, and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. This role involves effective communication, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Responsibilities include inputting and retrieving computerized data.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of secretarial experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose correspondence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Additional languages preferred.
Pay
The reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $20.00 to $23.75 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
