Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to Preconstruction department.
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and paper).
- Work effectively in a professional environment.
- Work efficiently with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
Supervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility
- This is an individual contributor role that will support the Preconstruction department.
- Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (competencies required for job performance):
- Consistent dependability and availability.
- Aptitude to learn new systems.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skill in learning new computer software packages.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in the administrative assistant field.
Physical Demands
- The physical demands are those associated with working in a typical office environment and miscellaneous filed travel.
