Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to Preconstruction department.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and paper).
  • Work effectively in a professional environment.
  • Work efficiently with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.

Supervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility

  • This is an individual contributor role that will support the Preconstruction department.
  • Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (competencies required for job performance):
    • Consistent dependability and availability.
    • Aptitude to learn new systems.
    • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Skill in learning new computer software packages.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the administrative assistant field.

Physical Demands

  • The physical demands are those associated with working in a typical office environment and miscellaneous filed travel.
