What You Will Be Responsible For
- Manage the Program Director and Deputy Program Director’s calendar and independently schedule appointments.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence; respond independently when appropriate.
- Prepare memorandums and written communications.
- Direct preparation of records such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
- Serve as a custodian of documents and records.
- Maintain organizational files and records.
- Communicate on behalf of the Program Manager and Deputy Program Director with internal stakeholders.
- Perform all other administrative related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Ace’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or four years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Typing proficiency at 60 wpm.
- PC literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access the Fort Rucker site.
