About the role
The Behavior Doc, a pediatric applied behavior analysis (ABA) provider, is seeking a hybrid administrative assistant and personal assistant to the company CEO. The administrative assistant would physically report to the Culpeper clinic location and perform administrative and building-level tasks, while also providing personal assistant services to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet patients
- On-board new clients seeking ABA therapy
- Employee/client scheduling
- Insurance submissions and authorizations
- Daily cleaning and general maintenance of the facility
- Order materials and supplies for the facility
- Run errands (e.g., Walmart, USPS, Starbucks)
- Handle phone calls and meetings on behalf of the CEO
- Schedule meetings and business calls
- Run personal errands (e.g., groceries, dry cleaning, returns)
- Make travel arrangements and reservations
- Optional: pet-sitting for a Boston Terrier puppy
Requirements
- GED or high-school equivalent required; some college preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and an active driver’s license

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Must be physically present at the Culpeper, VA clinic facility 5 days per week
