We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: contact info? The contact info is maybe metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. The contact info includes name, position, email, phone, interview date. That's metadata; we can put in a short

maybe. But we should not include application instructions. The "Informal enquiries to gillian.wiggins@nhs.net" is also contact. We can include a short paragraph with contact details? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a

with contact info. We need sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements? The posting includes "What You Will Bring To The Role" which is responsibilities? Actually that's a list of duties. There's also "Job Summary" describing role. There's also "Why you should join our Team" which is about the organization; maybe that's not a required section but could be "About Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust". Not in list of allowed headings. We have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We have job summary: "We are looking for an organised, patient, flexible and efficient person with excellent customer service skills to support us with day to day admin within the Residences Team..." That's about the role. So

About the role

with

containing that summary. Responsibilities: The bullet list after "What You Will Bring To The Role" includes dealing with patients, answering email queries, restocking houses, raising tenancy agreements, taking payment, attending meetings, contributing to production of information. Also earlier in job summary: preparing long term accommodation, raising maintenance issues, ordering items, unpacking stock, staging property, moving between sites, responding to daily requests, being mobile. So we can combine all duties into a responsibilities list. Requirements: The posting mentions required skills: organised, patient, flexible, efficient, excellent customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative to prioritise work, meet deadlines, mobility, ability to work full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Also maybe "Dealing with patients and doctors". Could be considered requirements. But we also have "What You Will Bring To The Role" which is more duties. There's no explicit qualifications like education, experience. So we may not have a Qualifications section. Skills: we could list communication, interpersonal, organisational, customer service, initiative, prioritisation, mobility. Benefits: Not mentioned. Pay: Not mentioned. Schedule: The posting says "The post is full time. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with a 30 min lunch break." That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section with that. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Schedule. Possibly also Skills? But we could put skills in Responsibilities or About the role. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine skills into About the role or Responsibilities. But we have a separate Skills heading allowed; if we don't have specific skill list, better not to create empty Skills. So we will omit Skills, Benefits, Pay, Qualifications, Requirements if not substantive. However we have some requirements like "excellent customer service skills", "excellent communication and interpersonal skills", "organised, patient, flexible and efficient", "initiative to prioritise work", "mobile". Those could be considered requirements. But we could put them in About the role as description. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we just have About the role (summary + required attributes) and Responsibilities (duties) and Schedule (work hours). That seems fine. We must not repeat job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; we can ignore. We need to include contact metadata as short

. Could be placed before sections or after. Probably after the summary? We'll put a

with contact info: "For questions about this job, contact Gillian Wiggins, Residences Manager, email: gillian.wiggins@nhs.net, phone: 0113 2064536. Interview date: 12th October 2026." We must not include application instructions like "Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre..." That's application instruction; we should remove. Also "Please see the attached job description for further information..." remove. Also "Why you should join our Team..." maybe we can incorporate into About the role? It's about the organization; could be considered part of About the role? But it's not strictly about the role; it's about the team. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO but it's promotional. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This "Why you should join our Team" is not boilerplate but it's about the organization; could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But we already have About the role content; we could add a paragraph about the team. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections; we could keep it as part of About the role. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the "Why you should join our Team" content: Leeds Teaching Hospitals is one of the largest employers... etc. That's substantive about the organization. Should we include it? It's not about the role but about the team; we could put it in About the role section as extra paragraph. That seems fine. Also "Our Trust values..." etc. That's also substantive about the organization; could be included. But that might be considered boilerplate? It's values and priorities; maybe not boilerplate but still about the trust. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Values are not that. So we could keep. But we must avoid creating sections with filler. We'll keep About the role section with multiple paragraphs: job summary, organization description, trust values/priorities maybe. Responsibilities: list of duties. Schedule: work hours. We'll not include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Now produce HTML fragment:

About the role

We are looking for an organised, patient, flexible and efficient person with excellent customer service skills to support us with day to day admin within the Residences Team. The Residences Team looks after doctors on-call rooms, longer term accommodation via tenancy agreements and the Bexley Patient Hotel. The role requires liaising with a wide range of people across LTHT, both in person and via email/phone and beyond, and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This is a very busy and demanding service, and the successful candidate will be required to use their initiative to prioritise work and meet deadlines. A major part of the role is to prepare long term accommodation between tenants. This involves raising maintenance issues and ordering any new items required. All stock for the properties then needs to be unpacked and the property staged for the next incoming tenant. There is also a requirement to move between sites in addition to responding to daily requests from tenants in our accommodation, therefore you will be required to be mobile and on your feet for some of your day. The post is full time.

Leeds Teaching Hospitals is one of the largest employers in Leeds, employing over 20,000 staff and providing care to 1.6 million patients every year. The Estates & Facilities Division keep the Trust sites running and manage one of the largest portfolios across the NHS. Our Residences Dept provides accommodation for clinicians who are on call and for those who require longer term accommodation due to being newly recruited to the Trust. We also manage the Bexley Patient Hotel where Out of Area patients stay whilst receiving out patient treatment. We are a small team of 3, consisting of one Residences Manager and two Administration Officers.

Our Trust values The Leeds Way is working together to support each other and deliver the best possible care to patients. We are…. Responsible Open and Honest One Team Kind Our Trust priorities Our purpose: Excellent, safe and sustainable care for every patient every time Our Priorities People Improvement and Innovation Partnerships Outcomes Sponsorship

But the ellipsis and truncated text maybe from original; we need to preserve exactly as given? The original: "Our Trust values The Leeds Way is working together to support each other and deliver the best possible care to patients. We are…. Responsible Open and Honest One Team Kind Our Trust priorities Our purpose: Excellent, safe and sustainable care for every patient every time Our Priorities People Improvement and Innovation Partnerships Outcomes Sponsorship". We should keep that exactly, including the ellipsis and missing punctuation. We'll copy as is. Now Responsibilities: we need a
  • list. Collect duties: - Dealing with patients and doctors who require accommodation (via telephone, email or in person) - Answering email queries regarding all aspects of accommodation - Restocking houses following departure of a tenant, and preparation for the next clinician who requires accommodation - Raising tenancy agreements and eviction documents when required - Taking payment, and keeping records of payments for accommodation - Attending meetings with service providers eg Facilities Staff - Contributing to the production of information for distribution across the Trust including web based information - Preparing long term accommodation between tenants (raising maintenance issues, ordering new items) - Unpacking stock for the properties and staging property for the next incoming tenant - Moving between sites and responding to daily requests from tenants - Being mobile and on feet for some of the day We should not duplicate. Combine similar. We'll produce list items. Now Schedule:

    Schedule

The post is full time. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with a 30 min lunch break.

We also need to include contact metadata as short

. Could place after the sections or before. Let's put a

at top: "For questions about this job, contact Gillian Wiggins, Residences Manager, email: gillian.wiggins@nhs.net, phone: 0113 2064536. Interview date: 12th October 2026." Now ensure no markdown, just HTML. Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed "Informal enquiries to gillian.wiggins@nhs.net" (duplicate), "Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre, with interviews for those who are successful at this, scheduled for 12th October 2026." (application instruction). Also removed "Please see the attached job description for further information about this vacancy." Also removed "We reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high number of suitable applications." Also removed sponsorship eligibility text? That's about Skilled Worker sponsorship; that's substantive? It's about eligibility; maybe we should keep? It's not boilerplate; it's about sponsorship eligibility. Could be considered relevant. But we have no section for it; we could add a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But it's not about the role; it's about eligibility. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Sponsorship eligibility is not those; it's a condition. Might be considered substantive. Should we keep? It says: "To comply with UK Government regulations on Skilled Worker sponsorship, Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or the salary threshold concessions set out under the Skilled Worker visa
